What happen to Sacremento Kings, they practically are the Nemesis of dominant Lakers in early 2000 w

But its good for Suns, if the Lakers and Kings now are as good as back then, Suns will have a hard time achieving their status now.

What happen to Sacremento Kings, they practically are the Nemesis of dominant Lakers in early 2000 what happennba update

They lost a great bench and lineup.. Hedo,Christie,Peja,Chris,Bobby,Vlade, and Bibby has crossed the line between prime and decline into the decline side.. He used to be able to score 30 a night if he wanted to but now he is a mediocre scoring point guard. I think the Kings pick Spencer Hawes to replace the first peice of the puzzle, Vlade Divac. Vlade had a variety of post moves and was a great post passer, all he had to do was do a give and go to Bibby and they'd get an easy shot. Next they need a post presence to replace Chris Webber so they can actually contend with the premier post players in the NBA. Then they should get a 3 point shooter who can make the Kings into the run and gun offense they once were. Lastly, they need a pass first mentality point guard, not a scoring one, leave that to Kevin Martin. If the Kings did that they would become a contender in the Western Conference and would restore their title as the greatest show on earth.

What happen to Sacremento Kings, they practically are the Nemesis of dominant Lakers in early 2000 what happennba mock draft ,nba teams

Divac retired, Webber is getting old and not as athletics as before, Stojakovic have some injury problems. They had a good run, but eventually every team have their ups and downs
I dont know your right. I think cris webber had a cocaine problem plus a few players contracts were up and also they had a few trades. So they basically werent the same team anymore after all that.

Thats how the NBA is. Theres alot of contracts and trades that change things around all the time. Plus salary caps prevent from getting good players sometimes.
sacramento kings become the sacramento queens..

dont know what comes in the mind of the maloof brothers, giving away all their stars.. for the guy of ron artest... bad move...

i think that they want to copy the mavs, after changing their kind of play..(offense-defense), they think that bringing artest to them will make them a defensive team.. lol
i use to really hate the kings in those times

buh i hatre not hateing the kings in the playoffs

the reasons for that is...

webber peja and vivac only left is bibby
It's not just them getting rid of that team but what they got or didn't get in return.

In 2004, getting rid of Christie for Cuttino was actually a good move. But then they let him go to the Clippers in free agency. Then they allowed Gerald Wallace to be left on the expansion list and the Bobcats snatched him up! But, they did get Kevin Martin in the draft. Great pick at 26 but should've kept Gerald!

In 2005, they traded Webber and Matt Barnes for essentially Kenny T. Can you imagine if they kept Barnes also!?

In 2006 they traded Peja for Artest. The jury is still out on that one.

Bibby and Brad were hurt a lot last season. Especially Brad. And I don't think the battle between Kenny T. and Shareef has been good for the team. Downward spiral of events imo but maybe Reggie Theus can shake things up.
easy, they lost doug chrstie, hedo turkoglu, chris webber, vlade divac, peja stojakovic and scot pollard, aka THE STARTING LINEUP MINUS MIKE BIBBY, for absolute trash in trades and FA. they now have bibby and brad miller and ron artest and kevin martin, who are not as good as those mentinoed before in their prime in 2000-2003. thank youuuu robert horry
The front office realized that that team wasnt going to win a ring anytime soon, so they saved money and traded away their team. theres a window for every team, and that team window closed.
