HA u know nothing about basketball, hater. lakers have no 7-footers available right now and they are seriously undermanned. without centers, there's less rebounding, and with less rebounding, theres more rebounds for the other team, and the other team has more opportunities to score and for second-chance points. theres also not rly much of a defensive presence in the paint, which is horrible. once they get the centers back, they'll KICK ASSES and TAKE THAT TROPHY

The Lakers for many years now have somehow ended up buying great teams. For some reason Philly gave up Wilt to the Lakers. Same for Jabbar. Somehow they got a high draft pick to get MAgic. Shaq was with the Magic, Kobe was drafted by a team that could have really used him in Charlette yet he ended up in tinseltown. The Gasol thing is just the latest miscue. They somehow always end up with ridiculous players. I am not a conspiracy guy but if ever there was one.....
